QikPOST is designed with privacy as a core principle. The app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with the developer or any third party.
We do not collect any data. QikPOST has no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising framework, and no backend server.
QikPOST stores the following data locally on your device only:
This data never leaves your device except as described below.
QikPOST sends HTTP requests exclusively to URLs that you configure yourself. The content, destination, and headers of those requests are entirely defined by you. The developer has no visibility into what is sent, where it is sent, or what response is returned.
None. QikPOST contains no third-party SDKs, advertising libraries, or analytics tools.
QikPOST uses Face ID or Touch ID to protect access to button editing and sensitive settings. Biometric data is processed entirely by iOS and is never accessible to the app itself.
If you use the Backup feature, a JSON file containing your button and page configuration is created on your device. You control where that file is sent — for example via AirDrop or saved to Files. Raw OTP secrets are excluded from the backup. The developer receives nothing.
Because QikPOST does not collect, store, or process any personal data, the following regulations impose no substantive obligations on this app. However, users in these regions are entitled to the same assurance:
European Union / EEA and United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR) — This app does not process personal data as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation. No lawful basis for processing is required as no processing takes place. No data transfers outside your device occur.
California, USA (CCPA / CPRA) — This app does not sell, share, or collect personal information from California residents or anyone else. No opt-out mechanism is required or provided.
Canada (PIPEDA) — No personal information is collected, used, or disclosed.
Brazil (LGPD) — This app does not process personal data as defined under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados.
Australia (Privacy Act) — No personal information is collected or held by the developer.
QikPOST does not collect data from anyone, including children under the age of 13, or under the age of 16 where required by local law.
If the app is updated in a way that changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated and the new date reflected at the top.
